But, of course we're not perfect. Like any piece of software, we have seen flaws in the way
Arithmo works. These have included matters such as the interface not being as simple as we
would like, or more complex accounting principles that we needed to take on board. We are
proud that, whenever such matters have been brought to our attention, we have listened. Our
users are the most important judges of the system - and what they say is hugely important to
us.
Recent changes to the system following customer suggestions, include an easier interface to change expenses headings, major changes to the bank reconciliation section and a modification of the VAT reporting system (this was not absolutely required, but was deemed beneficial by our accountant clients).
