If you have an online account, a simple interface allows you to download your bank statement and use it as your bookkeeping. This makes keeping records simple and quick.

Even if you do not use this function, you will be able to keep a very good watch on your bank accounts. Any transaction can be shown as coming from any of your bank accounts.

Finally, if you would like to balance your books, a bank reconciliation function lets you do so.
