What is your reason behind choosing an online bookkeeping service?
Ease of use and practicality of being able to update my accounts and then just file the receipts away.

Easy at first but still learning as you find out you can do more and more with it.

How often do you use the software? Is that always to keep your records, or do you check your financial position?
I do check my financial position and I try to use it as often as I can, it is great to be able to see at a glance what you have spent on say fuel, advertising etc.

Where do you make your entries? i.e. do you tend to logon in your office or place of work, or do you sometimes make entries as they happen whilst on the move?
Mostly in my office at home, it is quick and easy to use

I think this year's Gabriel report was completed in a new PB, around 2 hours.

But much more than that the system is working well and providing the management and accounting data that we need. Furthermore with our accountant being happy with it, it cuts down on chargeable time from them. In short it saves time and thus cost = Great value to us.

When we started the company we were looking for accounting software that was not only user friendly but cost effective.

We tried various free and paid options before trying Arithmo. We find Arithmo has all the features we need and more. It is really simple to use with no accounting skills whatsoever. The data is stored on line so there is no worrying about data storage. Out of all the systems we tried including some of the more expensive options Arithmo, for us, came out number one. If we get stuck with anything at all there is a great team offering email and telephone support.

We had a problem late on a Friday afternoon that turned out to be an error on our part not Arithmo. I sent them an email not expecting to receive a reply until Monday morning. To my surprise Arithmo contacted me over the weekend and resolved the problem we were having.

I would highly recommend Arithmo to any business no matter what size, with simplicity of use and great support it is everything you want from your accounting software.

I have today purchased premium after a short time using the trial version.
A couple of things which would be of benefit to me personally on a future upgrade:

1.   Ability to print envelopes from the Customer and Supplier files.

2.   In expenses if I enter cheque payment I get the ability to choose the account, but if I choose CASH payment I cannot choose the account, just a thought.

I would praise your staff who are very knowledgeable and efficient as well as being a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for a first class product.
